Let’s start here: You’re in the right place.
I’m Carrie Goodreau, a certified health coach, behavior change specialist, and registered yoga teacher. I believe there is vulnerability in wanting to be better and power in cultivating small habits and a foundational self-care practice. That’s why I’m here—to guide and inspire moms to make sustainable shifts in mindset and behavior. To offer positive energy and accountability without judgment or shame. To be a centering point and supportive friend for women as they explore their values and grow in holistic well-being.
As a person who has leaned hard into what wellness looks like, I have pivoted into what wellness feels like. True wellness is so much more than a hard workout and preparing healthy meals. Yes, you can move and feed your body well. In addition, you can fuel your mind with positive thoughts, create an environment for your spirit and body to flourish, and fill your life with relationships and passions that challenge you to grow and be your very best self! It’s about holistic support, balance, breath, joyful moments, a good night’s sleep, time with a friend. It’s about feeling like you can continue to grow, even as an adult, even throughout motherhood.
I’ve discovered my purpose, my way to be of service: I help moms prioritize their needs and take better care of themselves. I empower moms to live more vibrant, balanced lives, to model that for others just by living authentically, and to know what a positive impact that alone makes on our communities. Across all of the different services I provide, I hope that this work creates a ripple effect in the world through our collective daily interactions and connections.
